Benchmark Cost Estimating is an independent estimating and project controls consultancy working with clients across Australia.
We support civil contractors, builders, developers and infrastructure organisations from early-stage cost planning and budgeting through to tender preparation, procurement support and project controls. Our experience spans the civil infrastructure and construction sectors, combining engineering knowledge, commercial awareness and practical construction experience.
Every estimate is developed in-house using project-specific quantities, current market information, supplier and subcontractor inputs, and the construction methodology the work will actually be built to — so the numbers you’re deciding on are accurate, transparent and commercially realistic.
